LightLens Overview does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal data.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the LightLens Overview app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by YAROS-M TOV, collectively referred to as the “Application”. YAROS-M TOV is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

The Application is a photography logbook and analytics utility for recording shots, sessions, subject notes, lighting, mood, location context, gear notes, ratings, favorites, reminders, sorting preferences, and creative trend information in an organized mobile workspace.

No Account

No registration

The Application and this public website do not require login, account creation, user profiles, dashboards, or authorization.

No Tracking

No personal data collection

The Application does not collect personal information through normal use and does not use collected data for tracking.

No Sharing

No third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information, no Application data is shared with third parties.

Information

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This technical data is not retained by the Service Provider and is not used for tracking.

Local app records

If shot records, single-photo entries, multi-photo shoot entries, subject values, lighting values, mood values, location notes, gear notes, weekly progress values, category analytics values, most-used category values, lighting preference values, 1–5 star ratings, favorite flags, custom notes, logging reminder settings, default sorting options, photo history records, app settings, and local photography log records are saved by the Application, they remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information of your mobile device. Any location notes that a user may write inside a photography log are treated as local user-created notes and are not collected by the Service Provider through normal Application use.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no data obtained by the Application is shared with third parties. The Service Provider does not sell personal data.

Data Retention

No collected Application data is retained by YAROS-M.

Because LightLens Overview does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not retain Application personal data on its servers.

Any local photography log information entered into the app, such as shot notes, gear notes, ratings, favorites, reminders, sorting options, and photo history records, is intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

If you contact YAROS-M directly by email or another voluntary channel, the Service Provider may keep that communication only as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Deleting the app removes the local app from your device.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling LightLens Overview removes the Application from your device. If the app stores local records on the device, deletion of the app or clearing local app data through your device settings should remove those local records from that device, subject to the behavior of your operating system and backups that you control.

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside the Application, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided information by contacting support@yarosm.online.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any data you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Responsible-use notice

LightLens Overview is a personal photography logbook, shot session tracker, gear note archive, lighting and mood journal, creative trend viewer, weekly photography progress tool, category analytics utility, favorites and ratings organizer, custom photo notes companion, and local photo history manager.

It is not a cloud photo storage service, photo backup tool, social media app, photo sharing network, photo editing suite, AI image generator, AI photo analyzer, camera replacement app, professional portfolio builder, stock photography marketplace, facial recognition tool, surveillance or tracking product, or replacement for professional photographers, legal consent, model releases, copyright review, backup systems, or personal judgment.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Updates

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.

Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider.
